1. | CF 1523 | All-in-One Liquid Plate making system, it consist of Main-exposure, Automatic Washout & Post-exposure sections in a single unit, it is light and portable, save working space. It suitable for stamp maker & stereo rubber plate maker, it perform same as normal plate making system which improve current rubber cutting, it reduce in manpower cost, it will increase productivity as compare to rubber engraving. |
2. | CF1723 | A system which consists of Main Exposure, Auto-washout, Under-water curing, Dryer & Post-exposure. Only small space (about 6 m2 work area) require, suitable for small quality plate production, recommended for small size trade-shop and all convertor in-house use. |
3. | CF2030 / CF2340 | Digital control touch screen with PLC control panel, simplified plate making process. Upper & lower glass been processing grinding to a very tight tolerance ±0.05mm. Main-Exposure unit consist of exposure section, drying & light-finishing section in-one, it save in working space, more economic & efficient. It designed for corrugated box plant with small volume in-house printing plate making, or trade-shop require small area plate making. Maximum making area is 550mm x 800mm/ 600mm x 1000mm. |
4. | CF3050 / CF4260 | Designed for corrugated box plant with in-house higher volume printing plate making requirement, or trade-shop. Plate making area from able to fulfill 65% - 85% of the market carton box size. With PLC system & HDMI digital control touch screen, simplified plate making process; it can also be operate under manual mode. Imported Upper & lower glass been processing grinding to a very tight tolerance of ±0.05mm. The movement of upper light compartment is speedy controlled by high precision screw track bar. Take in considering of finished plate quality, UV light intensity at the upper & lower light compartment has been designed to keep UV light source consistent and stable. |

• CF-3050A / CF-4260A Liquid Photopolymer Auto-resin pouring plate making system consists of PLC HDMI touch screen and button control.
• Imported Upper & Lower glass been processing grinding to a very tight tolerance, contact surface gap tolerance kept at / below ±0.05mm.
• Installed with UV lamps inside upper & lower exposure compartment.
